Why Certainty Matters in Compliance

Uncertain hourly costs can make business owners delay a compliance conversation. Fixed-price annual compliance makes it easier to ask questions early. We want to hear about a new director appointment or change of address before the 28-day ASIC deadline, not after a late fee applies.

Deep Dive: Understanding the Value of Our Packages

1. The "Hidden Costs" of DIY Compliance

Many founders are tempted to use generic, automated websites that offer company registration for $99 plus government fees. While these sites are excellent for simple "shelf" companies, they often fail the needs of a scaling startup or a cross-border business. The hidden costs of DIY often include:

  • Incorrect Constitution: Standard templates often don't include the necessary clauses for future VC investment or complex share classes.
  • Missing Tax Registrations: Forgetting to register for GST or PAYG can lead to severe ATO audits later.
  • Director ID Errors: Failing to link your Director ID correctly can stop you from opening a bank account.

CorpArray's Startup Launch package includes a 30-minute human review. We check the information and supporting documents against the agreed scope before filing.

2. Value-Based Annual Compliance

Our $350/year Annual Compliance package provides ongoing monitoring within the package scope. We manage the Corporate Key, receive ASIC mail, prepare the annual solvency resolution and send deadline reminders. The engagement terms explain responsibilities, exclusions and how service issues are handled.

3. Cross-Border & FEMA Pricing

FEMA compliance in India is technically complex. Our pricing for FEMA matters (FDI/ODI reporting) is based on the complexity of the capital flow. We provide clear, tiered pricing for:

  • FC-GPR / FC-TRS Filings: Fixed fees per share allotment.
  • FLA Returns: Annual fixed fee for international asset reporting.
  • Compounding Applications: A hybrid of a base fee plus a success-oriented component for complex RBI negotiations.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing

Generally, no. We list our professional service fees clearly. Government fees (like the ASIC incorporation fee of $636 or the annual review fee of $342) are statutory charges that we pass through without markup. We provide you with a total "estimated cost" before we start any work. CorpArray's service fees are quoted before GST: 10% GST is added to our service fees only, and government fees carry no GST.

Yes! We have "Family Office" and "Corporate Group" tiers for clients with 5 or more entities. We streamline the management of all entities into a single dashboard, providing significant economies of scale on secretarial fees.

Absolutely. You can terminate our agent status at any time by lodging a Form 362 with ASIC. There are no CorpArray exit fees or lock-in contracts; any work completed or third-party charges already incurred remain payable.
